Elevation explorer
Method, coverage and sources
Elevations are sampled from the South NJ bare-earth DEM, based on LiDAR collected in early 2019. The original grid has two-foot cells. The geographic export is resampled to 700 × 700 pixels. Ground elevations use US survey feet relative to NAVD88. They do not measure crawl-space floors. Bare-earth values beneath buildings are interpolated; address placements include rooftops and parcel centroids.
The range and thresholds use included address locations, not lake bottoms or offsite terrain. Nearby min–max values sample a 7 × 7 exported-pixel window that can cross lot boundaries. The map includes surrounding terrain as context. The 3D view exaggerates height 8× and downsamples the surface; address values use the finer export. No runoff routing, groundwater, soils, drain condition or crawl-space condition has been modeled.
This preliminary inventory uses management-map streets plus Pine Grove Avenue and Highlands Road, supported by community listing references. A current management lot/address roster is needed to confirm completeness, membership and spelling. State records use “Hillside Court” where property listings use “Hillsdale Court”; reconcile these before matching future listings.
Listing details are management-page claims retrieved October 13, 2026. Availability is a snapshot and needs reconfirmation. “Not checked individually” does not mean off market. Review decisions and comments are shared on this server and protected by the family passcode; names are self-entered. Export the inventory to keep a copy. There is no automatic daily listing search yet; that follows your qualification review.
